Treat yourself to a summer fit for a king with a holiday of hiking and climbing or mountinbiking and cycling around the Wilder Kaiser. The varied weekly programme offers twelve activities and fifteen guided walks every week, mostly free with the Wilder Kaiser GuestCard, for the perfect family holiday. Swimming in mountain lakes, a few rounds of golf or following the trail of television’s “Bergdoktor” – many roads lead to the Wilder Kaiser!
The Wilde Kaiser is also with lakes that are fed from natural mountain springs, like the Hintersteinersee in Scheffau, the cleanest and loveliest mountain lake in the Tyrol. The Badesee in Going, the Ahornsee in Söll and the KaiserBad Ellmau combine refreshment with a magnificent view of the Kaiser mountain range. Running and nordic walking are other ways of getting out into nature, as is discovering the region on an electric bike. A horse drawn carriage ride provides a more leisurely alternative or a paraglide ride offers an adrenaline rush while viewing the area from above. “Breakfast on the Mountain” combines early morning mountain hiking with a hearty reward. An excursion tip for less sunny days is a cave walk in Kufstein.
